\r\n\r\nTERMS OF SERVICE:
\r\n\r\n\r\n Commission slots are to be managed by a sole commissioner and are\r\n non-transferable. Payment is expected to be sent within 48 hours\r\n of receiving the invoice. Paypal only for USD payments. The\r\n commissioner can re-upload the image for any non-commercial\r\n purpose. Credit to my account is not required, but appreciated.\r\n Artwork cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own.\r\n
\r\n\r\nSECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT:
\r\n\r\n\r\n I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original\r\n artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for\r\n anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for\r\n noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use\r\n in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or\r\n social media pages, or to mint or sell as NFTs (non-fungible\r\n tokens) is prohibited. If you have any questions about these\r\n terms, please ask before commissioning.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Conditions for Reposting The client has my permission to publicly\r\n repost the artwork wherever they would like.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Prohibited Actions Claiming the artwork as your own.\r\n Redistributing the artwork for paid promotion, including hosting\r\n to for-profit websites, merchandising, or cryptocurrency sales.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n If these terms are broken, you will be barred from commissioning\r\n me in the future.\r\n
\r\n\r\nSECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION:
\r\n\r\n\r\n I accept payment in USD. All USD payments will be taken via Paypal\r\n only. You will be given 48 hours to pay after a quote is given.\r\n Non-payment within 48 hours will result in the commission being\r\n canceled. It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when\r\n the payment has been sent. Work on the commission will not begin\r\n until full payment is received.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Refund Policy If the commission is canceled (by me or the client)\r\n before work has started, the client will receive a full refund. If\r\n the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount\r\n refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the\r\n artist’s discretion. No refunds will be given for completed\r\n or nearly completed commissions. The artist reserves the right to\r\n cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without\r\n explanation. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to\r\n complete it in any state, a full refund will be given.\r\n
\r\n\r\nSECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
\r\n\r\n\r\n Discussion of commissions must be conducted via email\r\n (bennidova@gmail.com) or Twitter direct messages (username:\r\n bennidova).\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Visual Reference Guidelines The client must provide at least one\r\n clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual\r\n reference with any important information I may need to know to\r\n correctly draw the character.\r\n
\r\n\r\nSECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW
\r\n\r\n\r\n Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw.\r\n Please note this list is not entirely comprehensive or guaranteed,\r\n discretion of what will be drawn is at the discretion of the\r\n artist.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Allowed Content: Humans Anthro Furries Original Characters Fanart\r\n (with limitations) Eroticism (with limitations)\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Disallowed Content: Portraits/imagery of real people Characters\r\n intended to be or appear underage Fictional characters who are\r\n underage in more than 50% of the canon work in which they appear\r\n Extreme gore Extreme fetish Non-consensual acts Any hateful\r\n content, such as but not limited to racism, transphobia,\r\n homophobia, fascism/fascist imagery or paraphernalia.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n You must be 18 years of age or older to commission artwork. I am a\r\n United States citizen and abide by United States laws. Breaking\r\n this agreement will result in being barred from commissions and\r\n blocked on all social media, email, and all other means of\r\n contact. By commissioning artwork, you are agreeing that you are\r\n at or above the age of 18.\r\n
\r\n\r\nSECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
\r\n\r\n\r\n I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image\r\n based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene\r\n or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some\r\n variation. Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays\r\n in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the\r\n customer.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no\r\n more than roughly 2 to 3 weeks. If for any reason I cannot\r\n complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a\r\n full refund.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Sketch Approval Stage. I will send the initial sketch of the\r\n commission to the commissioner via their preferred contact method\r\n (email or Twitter) and allow the commissioner to give feedback on\r\n changes before continuing work. Progress will be paused until the\r\n sketch is confirmed.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Revisions and Edits. During the sketch approval stage, any major\r\n changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any\r\n significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or\r\n redrawing parts of the image. After the sketch has been approved,\r\n no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner\r\n requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for\r\n the edits may be discussed. If a major edit is requested, and upon\r\n completion the buyer chooses to use the original image, an\r\n additional fee may be invoked due to additional labor.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design,\r\n accessories, or any other visual elements that were explicitly\r\n specified in the provided visual references or otherwise\r\n communicated in the final version of the artwork, I will make\r\n these edits at no additional cost. Errors in the finished\r\n commission that were not previously communicated or provided in\r\n the visual references will incur an additional cost.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Once the commission is complete, I may ask permission to post the\r\n commission before posting. I will only post commissions to social\r\n media if the commissioner has given me permission to post.\r\n
